He obtained his Master degree in Health Services Administration from Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and Yarmouk University in Jordan (2009). He worked in several areas within the hospital like the emergency department, critical care, nursing education and training, healthcare quality, performance improvement and hospital accreditation. His area of interest includes capacity building, healthcare project development, clinical performance management, healthcare quality and nursing education. Lorna Linehan has 30+ year nursing career with 17+ of those in the Middle East. A career journey has spanned senior nursing/healthcare management, education, quality/accreditation and IT implementation support. Dr. Gupta has over 10 years of experience in providing technical/medical planning expertise to various hospitals and healthcare facilities in the ME. His area of expertise includes hospital design, space planning, medical equipment planning, and procurement. Dr. Gupta has held positions with various organizations such as Thinet International Technics International and Al Arab Contracting Co. He has also worked on major projects in the ME, specifically Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, providing technical expertise. His portfolio of experience includes prestigious projects such as Princess Noura University hospital, a number of Teaching Colleges and King Abdullah Hospital, the largest medical facility in Makkah and the Northern region. Dr. Gupta holds a MBBS from the University of Delhi and a MRCP from the Royal College Of Physicians in the UK.

Mr. Atif Rahim is a creative result-oriented IT Consultant and has supervised and actively participated in system configurations, process mapping and implementation of Hospital Management Systems and EMR, integrations with financial systems, HL7/XML interfacing with other hardware and software.

With 12+ years of experience in Implementation for Healthcare Software performing in managerial roles in Project, Information Technology, Applications, Implementation, Engagements and On-Site Support. Likewise lead projects and IT development teams to deliver next generation healthcare IT solutions improving revenues, margins and workplace productivity.
